It seems like they are severely understaffed, and as a result, there was absolutely no personal service. They were only taking orders through kiosks, which is incredibly inconvenient for those who prefer or need to speak to a staff member for custom orders or if you have questions about the menu.
I would like to bring to your attention a concern regarding the behaviour of a lady manager who was working in the store on the evening of July 4th. She was extremely rude and disrespectful toward customers. Her use of inappropriate language and unprofessional attitude created an uncomfortable atmosphere for many. I believe this kind of behaviour is not in line with the store’s values or customer service standards. I kindly request that this matter be looked into. Thank you for your time and understanding.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Tim Hortons due to the unacceptable behavior of the manager on duty. Rather than providing courteous and professional service, the manager was shockingly rude and used foul language towards me.
