Very frustrating when I come here, I use the self checkout Kiosk and I will order something like a latte with lactose free milk. Go to wait for my drink 15 mins then staff asked what I ordered. She makes it, makes a cold drink…. I tell her I ordered a hot latte, she’s clearly annoyed and has to make it again. Goes to make it again and I notice she’s using the protein milk, I don’t need protein milk and I tell her it needs to be lactose free and I paid an extra $1.50 for it. Aastha here, Got a great staff service and food service by Tim Hortons the staff was very welcoming and friendly , Especially Udit Singh assisted me very nicely . Appreciate all help and service though they do Great team work . Kudoos to them.
Hi, I visited a Tim Hortons location and ordered a small lemonade with less ice. I felt it wasn’t filled fully, and when I politely asked if it could be topped up, I was told it’s “procedure” not to. As someone who also works at Tim Hortons, I understand store policies, but I believe a little flexibility and guest care goes a long way. Just wanted to share this for future improvement.
