Came in the other day. Great area, the food was good. HOWEVER, terrible service, I have no idea who hired these people but this is absurd. I had an issue with one of the managers in the morning, she was a small girl and all she does is give Attitude and clearly doesn’t care about what I’m saying. Then I tried to talk to the other manager that is a man and he has no backbone to tell his staff right from wrong clearly because they do the same thing everyday. Please fix. Thanks
I had a great experience at Tim Hortons thanks to one of the employees, Tannu. She was incredibly polite, efficient, and welcoming. She handled my order with a smile and made sure everything was perfect. It’s always nice to be served by someone who clearly cares about customer satisfaction. Keep up the great work, Tannu!
I always prefer coming here whether i dine-in or drive-thru, they always have fresh coffees and already with all food, unlike other stores running short food stuff, best thing is cleanliness
Every morning I order a bagle double tosted or extra tosted but most of the time am getting it not tosted and cold .
