The assistant manager Polina on the morning shift was shouting and yelling at the cashier in the drive thru window to take orders correctly and to do his job properly. Her attitude and tone of voice was very rude and disrespectful, and if your going to be disciplining employees it is proper courtesy to take the employee into the back and talk to them there and not in front of customers on the floor. Very inappropriate and poor customer service and management at this store.
Good service and food.
Tim Hortons is always a great place to stop by. The food is fresh, tasty, and consistently good. Service is quick, and the staff are friendly and respectful. The environment is clean and welcoming, with tidy tables and washrooms. Whether you’re grabbing a coffee, a snack, or a full meal, Tim Hortons never disappoints. Highly recommended for a quick and pleasant experience!
