So today my employee went and got me coffee at this Tim Hortons and let him buy two coffees with no Lids because they didn't have any Lids on the way back bringing me my coffee he burnt his hands this is disgusting that they would allow people to buy hot beverages with no lids so that they can burn themselves I am getting hold of head office because this is the most disgusting thing I've ever heard or seen now my employee has burns on his hands thanks Tim Hortons you're great!!!!! If I could give no stars I would......
No problems with the order itself, just didn't have the caramel syrup for the iced Capp which is fine. Service is just super slow, ordered 3 things, an iced latte, iced Capp and a triple triple. We got the iced stuff pretty quick, but the staff forgot about our triple triple and made 3 other orders before we asked for it and still took a while after that.
