October 26th Horrible unjustifiable wait times in drive-thru. I've also noted that staff are starting to get a little bitter. Lovely staff on afternoons, Deziray, Kelly and Quinton I believe did amazing on getting my order last night when I came through drive thru keep up the good work smile

On Tuesday, October 21, 2025, at around 6:55 PM, I visited your Tim Hortons location at Clarke and Trafalgar (International). You can also verify this incident through CCTV footage. I placed an order for two bagels and one medium double double. While the bagels were being prepared, the counter staff handed me the coffee.
