This evening the drive-thru staff were amazing. It's kind of sad that you have to work on your birthday.... Speaking of which Tatum... Amazing. Consistent and professional as well. Patrick is also very outstanding. I would just like to point out to you the upper management that three staff on Deck .... That's just ... Mean. Good thing you have amazing staff working for you. They're doing their best..... I need to recognize them for this
All the staff here are really kind, it can get pretty busy but that happens at any time hortons, food was always good and consistent
Came in today to get a dozen donuts and some drinks for my kids the wait was a little longer then expected but the girl serving me I think her name was Dana greeted me with a big smile despite just dealing with an extremely rude customer and moved pretty quickly getting my order to me
Great service and friendly staff! Coffee was fresh, the place was clean, and my order was ready quickly. Always a reliable stop.
Great experience! The scrambled egg wrap was fresh and delicious, and the iced coffee was perfect. Linda was very friendly and provided excellent service. Will definitely visit again! 😊
