I had a disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons. One of the employees was very rude and unprofessional. She did not smile, did not respond to my greeting, and ignored me even when I politely wished her. As a customer, I expect basic courtesy and respectful behavior. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves customer service.
Good staff very funny and friendly Charles looks like he could use some makeup though
