We want to give a shout out to Fatima at the Clarke & Trafalgar Tim Hortons. She’s always so kind, upbeat, and professional. You can tell she cares about doing her job well and making customers feel welcome. Our Wednesday morning drive‑thru isn’t the same without hearing her cheerful voice on the intercom. She deserves recognition for the great work she does.
Used to be the best run Tim Hortons in all the land , until new owners and new management took possession. Wow! Amazing how quickly you can ruin a place , it’s like night and day . Still some lovely hard working men and woman from the oldenntimes that work there . But geeze , what disaster
use to be my favourite location. Now with new ownership long time staff at this location have been forced to quit or find another job. Horrible ownership at a number of these locations that have been purchased by the same owner. Due to this the quality and service is no longer there. Shame on you for treating long time staff the way you do
It was a very busy Saturday and it was not slowing down, lineup/drive thru out the door/parking lot but I was shown excellent service and genuine help with my order today by Jermaine & Gurjeet (I hope I’m spelling your names correctly) but these 2 gentleman working the morning (around 11:30am) were on top of everything despite the chaos unfolding around us. The staff seem to be losing their morale, the timing & communication is off... And in general I prefer to make my own coffee in the time it takes me to wait in their drive-thru. French Press . . . I'll be saving hundreds I'm not unhappy. Patrick, GERMAINE and Tatum and omgerd ROLO is back !!! Keepers. But some of these people working here definitely are.....
