I often find myself skipping other Tim Hortons on the way to work because I know this one is on my route. They consistently provide amazing service—like even today they put my Boston cream donut (which was delicious) in a box so all the chocolate wouldn’t stick to the inside of their bags. I’ve never left a rating on a restaurant or store before so this should say something about this location. A clear standout.
Bad attitude from some workers here they need training to understand how to treat customers
Very disappointed. Every time I go there, they never have anything in stock. I just went through the drive-through and I ordered a sandwich and they told me they had no lunch meat, Then I ordered timbits and I asked them if they had them they said yes so I ordered the flavours I wanted. I get up to the window and they said we actually don’t have The flavours that they told me they did. Nothing was offered as discount.
