The staff here are very rude, disrespectful and I think they just hate Canadian culture.. My last order at Tim Hortons was terrible. First time trying the flat bread pizza, hard, cold , and almost no cheese. What I wanted was a grilled cheese sandwich but they said they don't do it anymore. Really upset about that for these crappy pizzas in exchange. The specialty items they almost never make. They'll have like one every time you go. Many items will always be out of stock.
Terrible customer service. Asked for a small and she shut me out. Got to window and said I wanted a small frappe and she said she already made me a large in a rude tone and told me I get what she made then proceeded to charge me for a large. These new people are straight rude and ruining the kindness of Canada
Drive thru takes 1 hour. Why?
