I placed a mobile order for a veggie wrap, but instead, I was given a chicken wrap. As a vegetarian, this was extremely disappointing and made me sick after taking a bite. Mistakes happen, but what made it worse is that when I tried to call the store, no one answered. I expected better attention to detail and customer care from Tim Hortons. Really hope the staff double-check orders more carefully in the future.
Visit last night here. Staff was very friendly, helpful. Specially komal and arpan.
Couldn’t speak English and had to ask for tea bags for my tea..
