These people are very rude they throw out perfectly good coffee and donuts that could have help hungry homeless people. I have seen so many other tim hortons feed homeless people the left over donuts also the tel a customer of the gas station as well to leve when they don't own the gas station the gas station is open longer then them. Also I am saying this on behalf of my fiancee who just walked in at 8:58 pm and watched them put all the donuts in a garbage bag and threw them out in a locked dumpster. Terrible service and dont want to eat the food after seeing how they make it
I go for coffee 5 days a week as it is the closest to me. A few days of the week the service thru the driveway is horrific. No politeness Rude and complaining. Tired of spending my hard earned money and dealing with a specific person who literally doesn’t acknowledge customers. Our food is given to us like we are dogs. I won’t be coming back. For the last 2 years been coming. We won’t now. Everyone has a bad day but customers come first and they should be treated with kindness above all.
Generally poor service at this location every time I have gone. Staff are not friendly, barely acknowledge the customers. Food has been wrong more often than it's been right. Coffee is terrible for the last few years. Asking for a sleeve is like you're asking for a free coffee.
