Wow, painful… workers are very uneducated about what’s going on and need to wake up. Used to Tim hortons being bad but This was really really bad guys.
We have gone there two times in a row and have not received certain items from our orders or the order has been completely wrong. This has been a recent change I noticed when a certain employee was hired. We did not have this issue before. Completely unacceptable from an establishment that we did not have this issue with before.
Tell me, what is the point of wearing gloves to handle cash at the till, and use those same hands/gloves to pick up and egg and put it in the sandwich 🤢🤮 Your staff need better training and food safe should shut you down. Disgusting.
