Orderdered drive thru this morning and I was asked to wait behind the yellow bollard right before the pay/pickup window. I didn't listen and still pulled up like normal. And then the lady asked me to back up. I figured they're trying to cheat the response time on orders. Just a heads up for management. Ps. They still forgot a hash brown. No apologies or anything, the weekend sucks.
My go to tims!! they always remember my name and have my order ready to go before i reach the till!! give these workers raises!!
