Apparently “these people” have zero customer service.
Very disappointing experience. I ordered an everything bagel with herb and garlic cream cheese, and the bagel was clearly old. It had been microwaved and then toasted, which made it hard as a rock and almost impossible to eat. On top of that, every time I order the same coffee here, it tastes different. The morning shift really needs to get their act together and be more consistent with both the food quality and coffee preparation. I expect better from Tim Hortons.
