Un knowledgable staff, I asked them politely to scan my card and she looked at me confused so she asked her coworker what to do when somebody’s trying to collect points and they told her just to scan my app so they did and I still received no points I got a receipt to confirm and it does not say points earned so they scammed me out of my rewards points.
