Another poor customer service. Ten years ago, going to Tim Hortons was something I genuinely enjoyed. It was always a pleasant experience. To me, Tim Hortons represented Canada — warm and friendly. But things have changed. Every week I go to Tim Hortons with my child and order the same thing. And almost every week, I leave feeling disappointed. I've been coming here for the last 3 years, never had a single issue. Employees are always so nice, drive thru lady is always friendly, they never get my orders wrong no matter how small or big my order is. No complaints, just great service overall!
I usually visit this time hortons , Staff is reall Cooperative and quick service . Overall their service and food is good
Not all Tim Hortons are the same when it comes to service. However this location is the best ! Manager , Rajvinder is very efficient and friendly! Always excellent service ! With a smile
I always go the drive-thru. (Bright Yellow Jeep). They always know my order, I sometimes have to switch it up to keep them on their toes. Always a smile and great attitude.
