I used to really enjoy coming to Tim’s, but not anymore. The people working at Tim Hortons don’t seem to know how to say sorry. They forgot my order, but there was no apology — they didn’t even remember what I ordered. And their response was, “Maybe she gave it to you.” What does that even mean? I didn’t get my order and waited here for ten minutes. “Maybe she gave it to you”? Who is she? All I wanted was a simple “sorry.” Tim Hortons, please train your staff properly on customer service!
Clean store and friendly staff
Ordered a bagel belt and they slathered it in mayo even tho its not supposed to come with mayo. Was disgusting and i didnt have time to eat anything on my lunch break. This location has screwed up multiple orders in the past i think im done
