This review is regarding compromise in cleanliness while serving the beverages. On 7Jan,2026 at 6:34pm i went with my partner to get two hot drinks, small chai tea latte and medium double double coffee. We were suppose to receive our order through drive thru. While waiting at the window we observed an employee, slim white guy with brown hair, mopping the floor. Hot chocolate that is maybe 10% hot chocolate and then topped with water. See thru brown water. Discusting!!!!
