The staff is always nice and this is the only Timmy's that doesn't mess up my order! Usually we'll kept and clean!
Always check your order. This location consistent with errors, it’s become comical. We asked for 2 bagels, one with cream cheese and one with butter and 6 donuts that we specifically requested. We got 2 buttered bagels and they got 4 donuts right but 2 random donuts. We caught the donut error and when we asked them to correct it, the staff had the cheek to say that this is how a 6 pack is done. Wish we’d checked our bagels before leaving too. Gave me the pre made coffee. Just now. I usually go to this place cause it’s nearby. Never going back. Thanks to the lady who shouted genius from the back. Writing this review cause of her. I should’ve known something is fishy when the guy at counter asked me to pull the car forward all way.
