Great customer service at this Tim Hortons is really amazing. I am a regular customer and come 5 days in week never got any issues and i am happy as they are open after so long.
Very good food, but the person at the counter doesn't know how to serve customers. I asked him if he could throw away my water bottle and he said no, it was a small favor and I had just spent a lot of money and he didn't care.
The experience was horrible. The women who appears to be the supervisor is rude, arrogant and unneccessarily aggressive towards everyone. Most of the times the coffees given are fine but the atmosphere is so bad that it doesn't make sense to go there. They rush everything try to push you through and if you ask for something the eye rolling ugh. I wouldn't suggest anyone to visit this location as they don't care about customer service at all.
