Considering the significantly lowered standards for Tim Hortons across the London area, this one is still pretty good. My order is generally correct and the food is decent. The staff are cheerful friendly and professional, and keep the drive thru moving quickly.
Always the best
Found a hair in my food and the girl handed me my coffee by the lid. The hair, not a big deal, that's genuinly an accident. Holding a coffee by the lid, thats just disgusting hygiene. DON'T PUT YOUR DIRTY FINGERS WHERE SOMEONE'S MOUTH IS ABOUT TO GO. That's the first thing you learn at a fast food job. I don't know if it's the owner who can't train people in basic hygiene, or if the employees are just really slow in the head, it should be common sense and basic decency.
Hands down one of the worst locations in the city. At least there’s consistency with the coffee, it’s always burnt tasting. Never had a good cup from here. Plus the attitude of the staff! It’s just not worth it. I Won’t come back to this location again. Today was the last time.
