Service was not good i pay for oder and after a 10 min they say sorry we dont have i ignored but know it was 3 time so just imporve your employees and tell them first one oder have first priority
Counter service is slow here. Better for ordering drive thru.
We hadn't been to Tim Hortons or this location in weeks. Decided to get a simple sandwich for lunch today and apparently it just keeps going downhill. It took several minutes at the drive-thru to get across what a steak and cheddar artisan sandwich was. No special order, just a simple sandwich held up the drive-thru for multiple minutes because the person taking the order didn't know what it was and didn't understand half the words coming from me.
