Fast and friendly service, perfect donuts
If I could, I would honestly give this place zero stars. I’ve been coming here for almost three years, and the experience used to be great the previous employees were always kind and respectful. Unfortunately, the new staff are completely the opposite. The service has gone downhill, and the attitude is unbelievable. Need new workers at this location! Their customer service is just not it and they’re very rude! The woman that works there is the only nice one a fast past! The rest don’t know what they’re doing !! Last time I’ll ever go there again !
I have been to this location before and normally do not have any issues, today I did.. I purchased a drink from a different time Hortons location and the tea I got had tea grinds in it from the bag falling apart. Apon going to this location in regards to their store policy of fixing mistakes even at different locations (still being a Tim Hortons) they are required to rectify mistakes that are made.
