I love coming to this Tim's, especially when Keethu is working. She’s always so kind and polite, and she makes the service feel calm and welcoming. It’s really nice to see someone who treats every customer with such respect.

This Tim Hortons is close to my workplace. I want to thank Kethu who works here. She is great at her job. Quick order and friendly and always works with a smile.
"I went to this Tim Hortons for the first time and had a bit of a wait to order because they seemed short-staffed. The place itself was really nice—it's big and has a great atmosphere, and our quite large group had no trouble finding a spot. I got a coffee and a chocolate croissant, coffe was good but the croissant was sadly very hard and old. I didn't complain since we were in a meeting. Hopefully, they'll hire more people to speed things up and make sure the baked goods are fresh."
