It’s my Dad and I’s first time visiting Thunder Bay (and Canada in general). We decided to stop in the city as part of our Circle Tour around Lake Superior and have been pleasantly surprised by the scenery and city life so far. Since today was our first day here and our hotel does not have breakfast, we decided to try Tim Hortons for the first time. Tim hortons used to be a great hang out place for spending time with friends. Now the food orders are wrong half the time, the food quality has gone down hill and the prices have risen and customer service is barely there. Its really sad.
Just wanted to give a quick shoutout to Laura for her service! Not only was she smiley, kind and patient, she also had such a friendly demeanor and interaction with the customers was so heartwarming to see.
