4 times i have been to this location i ask them NOT to toast my bread for my sandwiches and I not only receive them toasted but also burnt. HOW HARDNIS IT TO LISTEN TO THE CLIENTS.... ?????

It’s my Dad and I’s first time visiting Thunder Bay (and Canada in general). We decided to stop in the city as part of our Circle Tour around Lake Superior and have been pleasantly surprised by the scenery and city life so far.
