I have worked at 3 Tim Hortons in my younger years and to this day, I believe ACCURACY is better than SPEED. Waited 15 minutes to get a breakfast sandwich that was wrong. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME! The screen wasn’t working in the drivethru but I know they charged me double for cheddar even though they should have substituted for cheddar and guess what? NO CHEDDAR! Always good food
The experience was good overall, except for the service crew named Preksha who was taking orders. She was very rude in attending to customers. We understand it was a busy hour, her attitude was unacceptable—she rolled her eyes and frowned when we were placing our orders infront of other customers and did the same when a couple asked to have the washroom opened. Very unprofessional and rude.
