The elderly lady at the window almost every day morning time , she needs to greet back and smile atleast , very rude all the time
They are not taking orders properly. This is the third time this month that they have misplaced my order. Recently, the crew members seem unmotivated, and the coffee is not mixed well. This used to be one of the best Tim Hortons locations in Sudbury, with great staff. Unfortunately, these days it has become one of the worst in Sudbury.
