Fix the parking lot! Fix the lights before 1 of the staff is run down by a car
I recently visited this Tim Hortons location, and my experience was far from pleasant. The staff seemed uninterested in their work, with stone-faced expressions and no effort to provide friendly service. It felt like they didn’t want to be there at all. To make matters worse, the store was visibly dirty floor were unclean, the floor was messy, and no one seemed to be addressing it. I don’t ever normally leave reviews, but this must be the worst tim hortans ever. the drive thru staff are so rude or should i say one particular person. i come here every morning for my coffee and this one lady doesn’t even tell you the cost of your food, asks how your doing nothing. i end up paying for the wrong order 70% of the time because of her, and the refund process is bull. you think if they are taking money from your debit they’d give it back on your debit, but no they decided too give back in coins. like come on.
