I’ve been to this Tims when visiting our other offices and always found the staff to be plenty helpful. I even forgot my cutlery one day and they gave me a fork and spoon even if I just ordered a coffee. Great people work here. I only wish there was a place to sit inside. Would recommend!
This morning I was at this location at exactly 6:40 and ordered a double espresso and an English muffin with eggs and cheese. I was in a hurry and didn't pay attention to the coffee. After I moved away from the area and checked the coffee, I was surprised to find that it was just regular coffee (water and black dye), which I am allergic to. This is the first time I've encountered such a disgusting method of cheating; they ruined my mood and my day. I will continue to report on all social media . Am soooooo upset
