Usually this location is VERY friendly the woman over the speaker and the man who is usually at the window are great!. The service is efficient with GREAT tea! (in the morning) I pass other locations just to get my tea here. But when i go at lunch the tea is terrible. throwing a tea bag in a cup of hot water is NOT brewing tea...you wouldn't brew your coffee that way. Very disappointing when you were looking forward to a nice break with a good cup of tea. and for those coffee drinkers reading this, its basically flavourless ... read more

They should teach customer service to their employees. Don't wanna spoil someone's career but employee was very rude and unprofessional this evening. She was showing another level of attitude that ruined our mood. Would not bother to go again
Late afternoon into the evening food is not fresh. They should really work on that. There's no dining area but the front door should remain open for people driving large vehicles, vehicles with trailers or people walking on foot? The McDonald's down the road is open and you can walk into it.
