I visit this Tim Hortons location 2-3 times a week. I have to say that I’m very impressed with the customer service I receive, especially from Angela! I am greeted with her friendly smile and she always makes sure I leave with everything I ordered. What a great way to start my day! Thanks for all your hard work Angela😀
March 21, 2026, time 12.19am Extremely disappointing experience during the night shift. The skinny skeleton girl at the drive-thru was very rude and unprofessional from the start. I ordered a simple coffee, but the service was unnecessarily slow, and when I reached the window, she didn’t even bother to bring the payment machine close — I had to stretch out awkwardly just to pay. This is usually my main timmies I like this place and everyone’s really friendly. this is the second time this has happened here - when I order the bagel belt I get it with no lettuce or tomato. Literally missing the lt my belt. I live 30 mins away. I’ve already messaged Tim’s help service.
when i came to this tim hortans the survive was amazing. specifically izzy she was very fast and very nice.
