I went inside to avoid the morning drive-through rush, expecting faster service. Unfortunately, the experience was the opposite. Staff appeared disorganized, and several customers who arrived after me were served first. To make matters worse, the supervisor stayed on the phone instead of helping the team move things along. At times, it felt less like a coordinated crew.
The worker's here are not the same as before nobody wants to take your order and talk to the customers any more
Really disappointing experience this morning. Placed a mobile order. They gave us 3/4 items and closed the window on us. Had to wait for them to notice us still there to ask for the Iced Capp they forgot. They get it for us and close the window again without giving us a straw. Had to wait again. After we get our food and drive away, the two farmers wraps we got have almost no sauce, and the Iced Capp has very little flavour. I'd like a refund for this order as almost everything was bad.
