Toilets were so disgusting I didn't even want to order food, I just left.

Today I had a very bad experience at this branch. This morning I ordered an Ice Capp with Oreo, but they gave me a plain one instead. When I mentioned the mistake, they served the new drink with a very careless attitude. There was coffee spilled all around the cup and even on the lid of the Ice Capp. The first sip I took from the straw spilled all over my clothes. Please be more careful when hiring and training staff, because some employees are really careless and unprofessional.
