From the beginning, when I asked if I could redeem the points from the app, the response was, idk i dont use the app :/ I asked for a 4 cheese bagel with garlic cream cheese, and got a plain bagel, not even with butter hahah (Im 100% sure that it was intentional) Coffe smaller than I paid for, I asked for sorted Timbits and got just chocolate. Haha, this must be a joke, honestly, so they are rude and after I pay, give me EVERYTHING wrong?
