Don't bother going in tonorder in person. Drive through or mobile order only. Stood at the front of the line for 8 minutes today waiting for someone to take my order or even acknowledge me. Had a worked walk in front of my several times as she was taping Bristol board together (she wasn't moving in and hurry, but she made sure to avoid all eye contact and ignore me). No staff told me it would just be a few minutes or even acknowledged me. Ended up leaving without ordering.

The staff are very kind and there are senior staff are amazing. Senior staff are great bones to the facility as wel see the attentiveness being transferred onto knew staff. Definitely recommend this time hortons now. Only thing I noticed is the amount of food in wraps is never consistent and almost nothing in the wrap. I will take photo next time to show.
Doordash driver here i had to wait 15 mins for the order which was just 4 coffee just no one was there to pack they were ready in cups but no one packed for 15 mins very irresponsible staff
