This was our first time to a Tim Hortons and Zaynah was beyond incredible. She helped us figure out what we wanted and was super accommodating and understanding. It made our vacation even more memorable! The coffee here is great too!

I came here with my children to buy some food items and used the washroom facility. The women’s washroom was Absolutely disgusting. It looks like it was not serviced in many days or even weeks. There was actually human faeces on the floor in one of the stalls, and my child stepped in it. There was also urine all over the floor, there was no toilet paper and the womens disposal bin was overflowing.
