I really wish I had checked the reviews before visiting this Tim Hortons because this was hands down one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I placed my order, the attitude of the staff was unbelievable. I don’t post reviews often, but my experience with Tim Hortons through DoorDash yesterday was disappointing. I ordered an everything bagel with extra cream cheese, but they sent me a sesame bagel instead. On top of that, my iced capp came without a straw. The attention to detail was seriously lacking.
