I always use the Tim’s mobile app to place orders, but the order number displayed in the app is different from what the staff see in their system. I reported this issue and asked them to escalate it to head office, yet it happened again. This time, the staff member argued that I had given the wrong order number. It’s unacceptable that customers are being blamed for a system bug.
Had a great experience, got served by Rimple, she is super friendly. She fixed my order as soon as she could , even though It was really busy.
I’m so impressed with the fast and efficient service at this Tim Hortons! Even though it was busy, the staff took my order quickly and had everything ready in no time. My coffee and food were fresh and exactly as ordered. Really appreciate the speed and friendliness here – great job!
