I wanted to share that I’ve traveled all across Canada… and been to so many Tim Hortons, but I’ve never been served as kindly as by this lady (Gabriela). She was warm, attentive, and made me feel truly welcome. It genuinely stood out, and I really appreciated it.
The Asian male staff member working around 3:30 AM on August 14th provided exceptional customer service. Although I ordered at the self-checkout, he was attentive to me while I waited and also checked in on other customers. His greetings and attentiveness are truly wonderful🫶
Horrible service. Over 20 cars passed on the drivethrough until they poured me a cold brew. I went to the counter to ask, and they told me no one had checked the kiosk orders for nearly 15 minutes.
it was more pleasant to finally have a young pleasant English speaking young girl working the front counter!
