I came in feeling pretty overwhelmed after a rough morning. I must’ve looked out of it because Deshika didn’t just take my order she asked if I was okay, with genuine care in her voice. She even added a little smiley face on my cup. It was such a small gesture, but it made me feel seen. You can’t teach that kind of kindness. Tim Hortons is lucky to have someone like her it’s rare.
Deshika was absolutely amazing! So friendly, fast, and professional. She made my morning so much better with her warm smile and great service. Tim Hortons is lucky to have her!
Customer service has really improved over the past year. So has the food quality. Deshika, Surojan and Pradeshika have offered the best customer service. Keep up the good work guys!
