Boston cream destroyed 😭
How hard is it to promptly serve a coffee and a muffin? Too hard for this crew. Sad.
It seems mobile orders are the least of their concerns. I ordered an XL mocha with whip, a farmers wrap, and 2 muffins. For reference I ordered this at 5:30. Took me 10 mins to get there and my order hasn’t even been started. When It was started. They handed me 1 muffin, and a black coffee, no whip. Had to tell them HOW TO MAKE IT (half coffee, half hot chocolate and whip topping) and then tell them I also needed my 2nd muffin.
