UPDATE: I got a hair in my coffee as well - completely unsanitary and would never go back. I do not recommend this location. I asked for a dark roast and the employee entered original blend on the drive thru screen. When I came to the window, I confirmed my order with the employee - they took my coffee back, but just wrote DR on the lid. It was still an original blend and I hated every sip but could not waste my $
