Horrible customer service, food takes for ever ,I ordered a croissant the order took over 10 min. Staff is rude n barely speak English!!!
Rayne is the aura farming of the goat for this place. Without Rayne this place is nothing
excellent and fast service.
This place had terrible service. The public is conditioned to order at one of the many kiosks, not the issue. The issue was the delivery and food. I waited over 20 minutes for 4 items, while others who clearly ordered after me were served. When asked, they said it will be done shortly. And my wrap was not crispy chicken as ordered. Never going to this place again. Do better Tim Hortons!!!
For an ONroute location, the service should be much faster. The drive thru was empty, so we expected a quick stop, especially since we only ordered 2 coffees and 2 bagels. Instead, we waited about 10 minutes at the menu before our order was taken, and then another 10 minutes at the window. It was the longest wait we’ve had at a Tim Hortons drive thru. We travel this route weekly, but after this experience, we definitely won’t be stopping at this location again.
