Honestly, if you want a tea or coffee for 1.20 more then a normal tims, made incorrectly with the bottom of the pot each time this is the location for you. The staff aren't nessasarily at fault, poorly staffed is going to equate to these results but there doesn't seem to be a team lead, resulting in a bunch of untrained workers getting the shit end of the stick from people who are getting Luke warm tea made qith a half a carton of milk

I was the only customer in line and you still managed to make my order wrong. I do my best to avoid Tim Hortons as they are shit, but no other store was open at that time to get coffee. Thank you for accomplishing not even the bare minimum.

Very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons. I regularly stop here early in the morning, usually between 3:30 and 5:00 AM, while picking up items for my route. The service during the early-morning shift is often very inconsistent. On multiple occasions, items that should normally be available are not ready, and I am sometimes asked to choose something else. Kiosk lets me order, it is busy, board full of orders, give it five still don't see by order... Ask ... "Oh yeah we don't have that sorry". Takes almost ten to find someone to process a refund... No supervisor on shift, employees name tags blank. I ask how long were you going to let me stand there for an order you can't make...? "Oh sorry". Never again
