Awesome drive-thru. The customer service is always excellent. Inside, though, it's crowded and absolutely chaotic. I don't know where the line begins or ends, but most people are waiting to pick up. You can order and pay at the cash, at the little kiosks, or through your phone, on top of which there are doordashers picking up. It's pretty wild. I don't know how they're expected to keep up and keep everything straight, and from what I experienced, they really can't.
