Not going to lie, this Tim Hortons visit was a letdown. We were visiting from out of town. The lady taking my order kept yawning directly at me without covering her mouth and she also was not communicating well and mumbling which didn't lead to an easy ordering process. They also didn't call out our order which left people asking each time whose was what. Maybe just a rough day for them, but it didn’t leave a great impression.
Drive-thru Messed up my order again and again. You have to repeat several times and emphasize your word slowly when ordering, and make sure the person who took your order gets everything right. And you think you will get what you ordered? Nah! They will still give you the wrong item. HOORAY!!!!
Pretty ordinary coffee shop and bakery. I really like their service counter with multiple registers for placing your order.
