I recently visited this Tim Hortons during really busy time. The manager on shift was very calm, polite and very organized even with the long line of customers. At one point, I had an issue with my order, and that guy handled it so professionally and kindly. It really made my experience better.
I can smell strong calone and perfume coming out the drive though window. This happen before and ive had an allergic reaction. I asked them to remake my coffee which was no problem but the next one still smelt like bad calone. I asked for a new lid which smelt fine. The workers tried saying nobody is wearing calone. I myself dont wear it so i can smell it. I called to make a complaint. Stupid Tim Hortons in the whole universe
I visited there with my friends on sunday around 8 pm the girl named as Harman working there was so nice she served us politely and provide us a great customer service…Great work
