Ordered on their app to skip the line as they say, instead guess what, they took all the orders of those behind me and gave mine at the last. I mean what's the point of ordering ahead if that's gonna take more time.

We usually come to the Tim Hortons at Barry Downe because it’s close to us. But almost every time we order steeped tea, they give us coffee instead. It has happened so many times, and we are really fed up with this. Please pay more attention to the orders.
