The young guy with the turban is really generous and polite, good customer service.
I'm here at the mall and Tim hortons is completely filled with customers, backed up and people are getting rude and annoyed .. There's a lady Kelly who came out of nowhere and got strait to work fixing problems .. and is not only getting all the orders out, she's educating the staff and stopping mistakes in action all at once. She deserves a raise. Whoever this lady is deserves a weeks paid vacation. She's a superhero
Came here this morning for a quick bite..While waiting in line I notice there was a small fly in the showcase landing on the foods. I reach to the cashier and told her about it she just replied " there is nothing she can do about that" with a very rude attiude no cares to even look into the cause. I find this to be unsantize and a health hazard for your customers. Plus your that worker must learn how to handle customers concern. I did not make that purchase anymore and will never buy there. The place used to be really good food, service and quickness. Ever since the new ownership they have gone down hill. Not enough staff working . I feel like the staff is overworked and always short handed and the food is way downhill they skimp on everything . Food taste is bad . Sad because it used to be really good Most of all I feel bad for the staff working there they always looks stressed. and there's not enough of them working on any given day.
I asked for little modification of my order which was possible to accommodate the order taker at the front counter would have said no if they don’t do that at their location but they were not pleasant about it and kind of not welcoming attitude . Her name was Simmi…
