⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I visited Tim today and had a great experience! The staff was very professional, friendly, and helpful. The service was excellent, and everything went smoothly. I really appreciate the great customer service and attention to detail. Highly recommend Tim to anyone looking for excellent service!
We can all agree customer service is a lost art nowadays… espresso machine has been broken for the last 3 weeks, eliminating the quality drinks on the menu. When asked, staff offer no care, explanation or apology.
Literally dirty even when you look at the kitchen looks dirty. Customer service below zero with rude cashiers. Not sure how they have 3.9 stars and it should be Zero. Always cold and old food even if you told them they don't care and respond with rudeness. I don't understand why the mall keep this location as its really affecting the mall reviews and hope they do something.
There’s only about 2-3 older staff members there that make it a point of addressing customers at store front. The rest of the younger members ignore you. You’re usually waiting a few minutes for someone to come to the front cash, and when they finally do it’s like an inconvenience for them. I understand that they have to concentrate on drive thru— I’ve worked at Tim’s before, but they avoid store front like it’s the plague.
