Poisoning customers! I have now purchased a lactose free protein beverage several times from this location. I am lactose intolerant and order through the kiosk to ensure they don't hear me wrong and order it off the menu when it is showing on the menu and not sold out. Today and at least 2 other occasions they have made my latte with milk that contains lactose. I received excitement customer service from Jessica today!!! She was patient and was very helpful with the menu she also assisted 2 customers who didn't speak much English displaying excitement care, commitment and communication service skills
Everything my husband and I got to this Tim Hortons; the one inside the mall, we are always greeted with s pleasant good afternoon along with a smile. There are 2 staff members; that know my order as soon as my husband and I arrive, Cindy and Ash and they always get it 100% right that's why we always go around lunch so I get to see them and say hi
Cindy is absolutely wonderful lady. Always smiling and greets me with a good morning. She is always quick at making my coffee and the smile she puts on my coffee makes my day even when I’m having a bad day she always makes it better. Thank you Cindy. Keep up the good work. See you tomorrow
