Like most of the Tim's I stop at,the walk in service is terrible as multiple staff members attend to the drive thru service and one staff member attending to a line up of walk in customers...#timswalkinservicesicks
Disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons. Wraps were undercooked, and hash browns tasted stale especially if inside wrap, clearly not fresh. Service heavily favors drive-thru, leaving walk-in customers waiting far too long. Staff were more focused on chatting among themselves than serving, and even with late orders, there was no effort to improve or apologize. Management seems unaware or unconcerned about the poor service quality. Needs significant improvement in food prep and customer care.
99.9% of the time my order is wrong. When going through the drive through, they’re always in such a rush, they can’t get an order RIGHT!!
