Restaurant was not clean and tables had left overs on them.We placed an order and even after 20min they didn’t prepared the order although the cafe was mostly empty.We had to reach them to tell we paced an order 20min earlier.They gave us flat bread cheesy pizza and garlic bread on room temperature,after requesting them they reheated.Terrible customer service
Drinks and food are always made very well here. The drive thru is always busy, but standard wait times. The employees at the window can be a bit chaotic, I was almost given the wrong drinks twice today. Mistakes happen, but not everyone is honest, so just something to keep in mind for training new hires handing over orders in the drive thru. And for customers, double check your order before you leave to ensure your order is complete. Overall good service!
I went to the Tim Hortons on Simcoe and Winchester and ordered 2 bagels and 2 Cadbury cookies. One cheese bagel with herb and garlic cream cheese and the other being a cheese bagel with regular cream cheese. I received 2 Cadbury donuts, and one everything bagel and one sausage, egg and cheese on a biscuit. My whole order was wrong and I only realized when I got home as I was in the drive through and couldn’t check my order there. I am extremely disappointed and will not be visiting here again.
