This is my local Tim’s during the week while at work. I’m writing asking you to be quicker. Today (Friday) and often I notice there are not enough staff or maybe staff aren’t effective but all I know is after waiting 10 mins in line and not even making it halfway through, I had to leave to make it back to work on time. People aren’t gonna choose to come visit you if you can’t get them in and out quickly.
Staff are always friendly and efficient!
I placed an order online so I was able to get my money back my order consisted of 3 drinks 3 bagels and a 6 pack of doughnuts which you would think is fairly simple but no. First of all I was missing a drink and the box of doughnuts which misplacing a drink I can understand but a box of doughnuts there is no way secondly all the bagels were to have cream cheese and butter.
