The best Tim Hortons in London! I go there often and the team is always happy, synchronized, fast, great service and the food and coffee are always perfect. I wish all Tim Hortons could keep a high quality like this one.
been to this location many times before but this morning had an issue. as I reached the cashier all I asked for was a sausage scrambled egg croissant (to start with). the girl employee was a trainee. I figured out quickly because it was clear she was not trained with the till (despite nothing on her uniform to show it.) she struggled to put in my order but then asked if I could wait a moment (I did) and she grabbed a food ítem for another order then came back to the register to try again and still my order was not correct an... read more
I hate one thing about this place, when you order French vanilla with espresso shot, they dump at least 15% of the French vanilla to fill espresso. You can look in the picture to determine the quantity how it looks after espresso being added. They don’t even mix. Not every staff there are like that. I have been working in the same building for years. Although I have seen them doing this before but this time I could not stop myself from posting.
