I would like to know why the cashiers in all Tim Horton's almost always keep the small change that is due to the customer. This happens very often that it is definitely not a mistake. I don't say anything because I can't be bothered. The cashier today even talked about her "tips". My food order today was wrong. I waited a very long time for the corrected item. Waited 40 mins for two take 12’s. Had to ask 3 different people. Late to a work meeting because of it. Absolutely ridiculous.
