Went through the drive through and ordered my wife a breakfast sandwich and specified no cheese, because she is allergic to dairy. Got home and the sandwich has cheese on it. Waste of money and time
I went to this location for the first time. I took ice coffee with extra syrup but they forget to put the syrup at all, when went to change the coffee, the manager Jenn refused to change and was very rude to me as well rude to all the staff, I dont think its a way to treat people. Never gonna vidit this location ever again
I ordered an egg and cheese Bagel BELT, but received just egg and cheese on a bagel. When I mentioned it, the employee Arpa said she didn’t know how to make it and responded with a negative attitude. Very disappointed with the service.
I've had some pretty shitty service this past week from 2 different locations. I randomly picked arlington park place after work today and OMG!! INCREDIBLE SERVICE FINALLY!! Fresh products and most of all exceptional service from the 2 who were at the front end tonight(wish I had of gotten your names) both so very polite and were actually paying attention to what they were serving..not only that while I waited for fresh drinks the young lady who was mopping behind the counter was actually making small talk asking how my day ... read more
Got there around 1 pm. Went into location and was fourth in line for ordering. Waited 8 minutes, they still hadn't even served the first customer in line. Meanwhile. Many, many drive-thru orders are being filled one after the other. Won't be back.
