This location has gone downhill so quickly recently that every time I go there, I’m almost guaranteed a poor quality cup that will spill over everything but of the lack of quality control. I will no longer return to this location
Very poor customer service. Stood at the cash for over 5 mins waiting and had multiple employees not give any acknowledgement. Had 6 employees on when I was there that all were focused I. The drive thru or not doing anything at all. The employee who took my order didn’t even give me a chance to say my first item I wanted to order before saying is that everything. The interior or the location is very well maintained and large but there was a large amount of flies that were flying around the packed goods.
Staff is more focused on drive through with 4 people help the drive through and no one help them out at the front counter. Took 10 minutes to take an order at the front counter.
