Customer service should be improved, you guys have to respect their coming instead of putting your frustration that is coming from your internal environment.
Everytime I come here, it takes more than usual time to get my order. One of the reasons might be the number of members working is less compared to some other tim hortons I have been to. I always submit a mobile order and have to go and ask about it at the counter and then they start making it. The staff is good. They always apologise for the delay but I would say take out some good amount of time if you are going ther. It's not going to be a quick stop.
Morning staff is friendly, busy, but everyone is doing there best. Night staff are extremely nice, always asking about my day.
Service was Fast!!
