Placed a mobile order on the Tim Hortons app for a Take 12 coffee and marked it for Drive-Thru pickup. I arrived 10 minutes later, waited in the Drive-Thru line and was told to park and wait another 10 minutes. What’s the point of selecting Drive-Thru pickup if the orders aren’t even prepared properly? Horrible service.
Customer service is really bad at Drive in window(just have a smile on your face)
