I visited this Tim Hortons on January 20th around 6:00 p.m. at the Gordon Street location (987 Gordon Street). The restaurant was clearly understaffed, with only two employees working at the time. There were about four customers waiting in line to place orders inside, but both employees were occupied with drive-thru orders, so the in-store line wasn’t moving. Incrediblely slow service also staff doesn't use clean gloves. Order a bagel that was covered in sausage grease.
