I visited this Tim Hortons on July 14 at around 2 p.m. and ordered food and an iced coffee. Unfortunately, the staff member taking my order misunderstood it and made me a hot coffee instead. When I politely pointed out that it wasn’t what I had ordered, the young female employee responded with a rude attitude and facial expression. Worst service and rude staff.
Asked for a cold brew and they gave me and iced coffee instead. Tasted like the worst iced coffee I’ve ever had. Zero ice, watered down, basically all milk and sugar. Horrible experience never going back
