Everytime i’m at this Tim Hortons, I always encounter one problem or another. For example, almost every time i’m here, the food comes in 20-25 minutes. Even for an ice capp, it took them almost 15 minutes just to give me 1. Now i’m not saying that this is the worst, BUT, i shouldn’t be waiting 30 minutes for FAST FOOD. i’m not at a 5 star restaurant am i? I’ve seen cactus club down the road bring a whole meal faster than Tim hortons. Do better.
Ordered chocolate marshmallow and it was filled entirely with caramel… what the hell? There’s also zero chocolate glaze. Atrocious location. Don’t come for anything. Not even the donuts.
Honestly the worst Tim Hortons location in North America. Service is horrible and horrendously slow. Today, it took 16 minutes to get a small coffee and it wasn’t even busy. Theres no promptness or urgency with the staff, staff I have seen working there for years. They just don’t seem to give a s*** about Tim’s or the customers. I’d give this location 0 stars if it was possible. I’m constantly disappointed but today Ive had enough and will be going to Starbucks instead - I don’t mind paying more for better service.
