Date: April 10, 2026 Time: 8:30ish I visited this Tim Hortons this morning, and it was honestly a frustrating experience. There seemed to be some construction going on, and the staff at the drive through appeared distracted or unable to hear clearly. Repeated issues at this location, especially after 6 AM. Orders are often incorrect, even when they’re simple, and I’ve had to return multiple times to get them fixed. If I could I add review with no star. This was honestly the worst service I’ve ever had at Tim Hortons. I ordered a Dark Roast black coffee. The first one they gave me wasn’t hot at all. I told them it wasn’t hot, but she kept insisting that it was. There were two ladies working there. She said she would replace it and give me a fresh one. About thirty seconds later, she came back with another cup that clearly had boiling water added to it. It had absolutely no taste. I’m really disappointed.
