I had a really good visit at this Tim Hortons. Ishita was very polite and friendly, and she handled my order with efficiency. The place felt well managed and her customer service stood out, and also drive thru experience was also expressive.
The staff here in the morning are great and keep the line moving fast.
I was really disappointed with the bathrooms at this Tim Hortons. They were dirty and clearly not maintained properly, with garbage on the floor, empty soap dispensers, and an overall unpleasant smell. The stalls didn’t feel clean or cared for, and it looked like they hadn’t been checked in hours. For such a busy place, I expected much better standards of cleanliness and upkeep, but the washrooms were definitely below expectations.
This Tim Hortons is always clean and welcoming, and Ishita makes the experience even better. She greeted me with a smile, took my order quickly, and made sure everything was perfect. Great service!
Never gave your name gave horrible serviced though and i will not be coming back you and your team should be ashamed of yourself that food was for my child will be notifying corporate you think you have can this attitude and be in customer service crazy
