I come here everyday, it's very slow. A few times they screwed up my order, I reached out to the Manager but he/she never contacts me back. A few of the girls are very nice though. I had a very disappointing experience during the night shift today. I waited at the drive-thru for approximately 5–10 minutes without any response. After receiving no assistance, I went inside the store, where the employee working at the time was extremely rude and showed a poor attitude. Customer service was lacking, and it seemed like there was little concern for helping customers or handling the situation professionally. Slowe service, lack of customer service. 5 min to have a coffee made up. Scanner didn't work. Wouldn't honnor price. Repeatedly the worst service.
