DO NOT GO HERE. Came in today at around 11:50am and ordered a Bagel Belt.... They put the hasbrown ON the sandwhich and charged me $12. I TRIED to clarify with the drone at the till, but all he could say is "oh... I dunno...." And when I asked for a manager I was told "we don't have one" The hedgefund that owns Tim Hortons now is driving it right into the ground. Tim Hortons is a Canadian staple, for thousands and thousands of Canadians each and every day, and THIS is the level of respect we get???
Used the in store kiosk to order my food then went and stood with everyone else as I didn't see the "Mobile Order" sign waiting for their food at the other end of the store. My name got called out at the opposite side and when I went over the lady behind the counter gave me attitude for standing in the wrong spot and shook the small sign in my direction. This is the closest location to me and I'm absolutely fine driving further for less attitude in the future.
Great friendly staff.
