I ordered morning a grilled croissant with extra butter but they said tim is not doing it anymore, meanwhile other tim hortons doing it . Then why you guys disappointed customers .
Alexa had the best customer service I have had. Her friendly and fast service was amazing. I was very pleased with her services.
I told twice to get VEG cilantro bowls. But I found it Chicken when reached home. I only asked for refund or new bowl. No body was sorry for what they did. I asked them if they should be sorry ? The girl made said arrogantly ‘Sorry’. Never seen such a truce customer service.
