The customer service at this Tim Hortons is absolutely terrible. The staff don’t listen, don’t care, and act like customers are a burden. When I brought up an issue with my order, instead of helping, they gave me excuses, brushed me off, and stared at me like I was the problem. Their attitude made me feel stupid for even asking a simple question. There was no respect, no effort to fix the issue, and no basic courtesy. Worst Tim Hortons in brampton. The staff is straight up rude and unprofessional, especially the older lady in the glasses, who never wear gloves but gets upset when you ask her not touch your food without gloves. Do not eat at this location, very unsanitary.
