The lady at the counter was very nice and took the time to make sure we got the best deal! Taking 1 star off for bathroom cleanliness though
4 employees behind the counter and I’m the ONLY customer in the entire store and waiting almost 10 minutes for a single coffee. Worst location in town Also who handles your Google review responses? I had a really disappointing experience. The chicken bowl was drenched in sauce, nothing like the photo, and the lettuce was wilted and not fresh at all. The rice was overly salty, and the drink was far too sweet. I asked if they could remake the chicken bowl with less sauce, but the staff responded unkindly and unprofessionally. On top of that, they gave us incorrect information about a promotion, which ended up costing us more. Overall, not a good experience. This was definitely my last visit to Tim Hortons.
