Jess and Rosy made the EXACT drink I wanted! They are literally the BEST workers at this location!
Saw one of their young workers studying during her break. What an exemplary employee. She was so sweet, she opened the washroom door for me even though she was on break. What great hospitality! Thought of it all day. Thought I would leave a review to let the young lady know how lovely she was.
Today, I had a deeply upsetting experience at this Tim Hortons with a white lady wearing eyeglasses. I genuinely felt that I was treated differently because of the color of my skin. This was my first experience of what felt like racism, and I’m still extremely emotional about it. I couldn’t stop crying afterward. Two times in a row it happened the food preparing staff does not show any willingness to work i asked for homestyle biscuit to be double toasted and the staff said i will try and watching as she prepared the food she did not even try to toast second time. I let it go as it was early in morning, and next thing i was waiting for food order to be completed and suddenly she screamed and said what are you waiting for.
