Women who was in front counter was very rude and showing attitude. She is the supervisor and she is the worst example to other team members. She should get some training how to handle customers. She was saying they can’t punch in order the way i want when all other stores can do it. Not the best service. I have been there before and other team members are very polite and friendly
Gone downhill.. TG they don't have a drive thru, they wouldn't be able to handle it. Good staff have left unfortunately.
Had a coupon from the Tim Horton's app for coffee anysize and a breakfast sandwich for $3. I ordered extra bacon which is a $1.50. Instead of just charging $3 + $1.50. =$4.50+.58=$5.08 Instead they charged me as follows $1.83+$4.59+$1.50+$1.03- $1.50=8.95. So you do not get the meal for $3.00 +tax you just get a $1.50 off. Word to the wise. Oh and do not point out the error of their ways, you will get nothing.
Very friendly staff and speedy service. It’s my go to Tims and it’s always a pleasant experience
