We recently moved to the area and come to this Tim Horton's every week. The staff and service is generally great. I have to say Adarsh is especially friendly, always accurate in our order, and extremely fast at serving us. I literally never wait more than 1 minute when he is the one taking my order. Couldn't ask for faster service from him!
Service at this location is hit or miss. Some staff seem to be better trained (or just better workers) than others. Sometimes staff forget to hand me my order and I have to ask for it. I don't remember all the staff members names but generally, the female workers are fast, friendly, and pass me my baked goods the moment I order! There is also one male employee who never makes a mistake in my order, friendly, and is really fast (not just for this location, but compared to all the Tim Hortosn I have been to in Ottawa).
