I rarely leave negative reviews, but this visit was disappointing. I ordered inside while in a hurry for work, and it took about 5 minutes just to place my order. After paying, I waited another 15 minutes while the staff focused almost entirely on the drive-thru because they’re timed there. There was a big line inside, and it wasn’t until another employee walked in and asked if we were “the line” that anyone began serving those of us waiting for food.
