Always short staff and have to wait in long queues
We come everyday before opening to get our coffee. Staff is always friendly and welcoming. Jeanette is absolutely amazing and very personable. She cares about the people she sees and makes an effort to engage. It makes my mornings nicer to see her. Connie is also wonderful and both know my order as soon as they see me. The food and coffee are always great.
I often visit this Tim Hortons location for my morning coffee and the team are efficient and friendly, but one stands out the most; this location is very lucky to have Jeanette on the team as she seems to take the time to engage, and remember, customers as well she always stands out as being very positive.
It's a Tim Hortons. What makes it my favourite coffee shop is the Staff, especially Jeanette.
Every time. I make a mobile order with food in it. I am always having to go in and be like Hey. Where's my food cause? They just don't bother making it and it's starting to get really frustrating.
