Really disappointed with my order this morning. Ordered 2 Farmer’s Egg & Cheese Wraps with extra sauce and crispy onions on both, but the extras were only added to one. I let that go since I was getting late, but when I opened the other wrap, it was literally crushed and wrapped like a ball with everything stuffed inside. Very poor food preparation and handling. Definitely expected better. I hope Tim Hortons addresses this issue and ensures better quality control and food preparation for future customers.
Customer service is on the decline and they seem discourteous. Food and baked items quality is consistent. But staff is not consistent in preparing beverages according to the recipe.
Same as the rest of the Timmy's
Staff was not polite and they get frustrated for asking if they can heat up a muffin at the pu window which I forgot to tell them at the kiosk.
