Super bad experience with the staff on Saturday January 3. I ordered a veggie sandwich on a croissant and I asked to add a hash brown as the veggie sandwich has nothing but a piece or lettuce and tomato. I also asked them to grill the sandwich. They failed to do both and when I told them they gave me a hash brown on the side which I had to pay for (I was totally fine with that) but they told me they cannot grill it anymore.
